Cima Network, the company that does all of our Regal Cinema lighting and probably all of our theater lighting in general, held an open house last night in their new office space and fabrication lab.  It's pretty awesome to see how the signs we draw up get built and get to know the people that make them.  They were able to show off their new space and their new machines, and even showed us some of the machines in action.  They are fully equipped now to make pretty much anything with their huge CNC machine, computerized metal breaks, and some great hand tools and digital printers.  The best part? They're just a really good group of people that we love working with. 

Regal Moorestown Grand Opening

Last night was the grand opening of the brand new Regal Cinema in Moorestown, NJ.  Paul, Rick and Greg were on hand to receive their much deserved VIP treatment.  Judging from the crowd, the theaters were getting rave reviews.  After some cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, the audience was treated to a sneak preview of The Hunger Games-Catching Fire on the huge 55' screen in the RPX theater.

Welcome to Walgreens?

Blake here:  On the last day of July in 2013 Philadelphia opened the doors to a new breed of Walgreens, and the first of its kind in the state of Pennsylvania.  Located at the corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets welcome to Walgreens on steroids.  I mean when was the last time you got fro yo at a Walgreens?  Or used a digital interface to see how a certain makeup would look on your gorgeousness before you made the purchase, ladies?  Well you can here.

Previously this was a place to feed the mind as Borders.  Now you can feed it all with food, cosmetics, reading materials, and medication within the newly renovated 3-story space.  And to add to the Philadelphia experience inside you'll find areas dedicated to local favorites such as the Crayola, Philadelphia Water Ice, Hershey's, Center City Pretzel, and Just Born companies.  Check it out for yourself, this is no ordinary Walgreens.

Bob, Zach and Rick finally got to see the fruits of their labor as the Spotlight Theater recently had it's grand opening a few weeks ago in Hartford, Connecticut.  It looks like all the movers and shakers in town made it out too.  They rolled out the fancy schmantzy red carpet and everything!  The trend in theaters lately is booze and good food, and this place is no exception.  I think every project should couple booze with food. Looks like it's a pretty classy place.
